Cognitive Behavioural Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I) is effective, but self-guided programs are not suitable for everyone. Please review the following statements. If any apply to you, please consult with a qualified healthcare provider before proceeding with this or any other CBT-I program.

Scores below 4 suggest relatively few unhelpful beliefs about sleep. Scores of 4 or higher suggest that such beliefs may be contributing to sleep problems. Averages of 6 or more are associated with significantly reduced sleep efficiency.
